This service effectively meets the customers’ needs to create flexible travelling where the customer himself has full control over all the components included in the trip. They can constitute flights, hotels, rental cars & events, and be combined in different variations. Each component is normally selected from a number of suppliers – everything to find the best possible price and flexibility.
Our projects often include dynamic pricing, the prices are adjusted depending on which choices the customer makes, the choice of suppliers and how the product is treated in relation to other suppliers and products, choice of hotel, quality evaluation and presentation that with all certainty differs between different suppliers, to the extent that you can be responsible for this and if you should have the chance to influence this. There are also issues of net/gross prices, currency conversions and which services your system should have in the form of rebooking, cancellations etc.
